Studying of the Components and Needs of Educational Administration of Innovative in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaeng-Phet

Abstract
This research aimed to study on the components and needs of educational administration of Innovative in in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaeng-Phet. There were six senior experts involved as informants. The paper indicated that interview as a tool for content analysis method. There were 96 informants ; school directors, deputy directors of the school academic administration and chiefs of academic groups. The research instruments included a needs assessment questionnaire; data were analyzed using content analysis and an enhanced Priority Needs Index (PNI) method.
The research found that :
1. The results of components study proved to be split into sub-components as follow: 1) prescription for excellence innovative vision and strategies; 2) flexible organizational structure conducive to innovation; 3) organizational climate and culture on influencing creativity and innovation; 4) performance-based incentives and innovative activity; 5) innovative human resource management; 6) innovative leadership development and promotion of creativity in the organization and 7) communication, public relations and the creation of an alliance network of innovations.
2. The results revealed the study of administrative needs of Educational Administration of Innovative in Higher Institute were found that there were necessary needs in descending order as follow: 1) innovative leadership development and promotion of creativity in the organization; 2) flexible organizational structure conducive to innovation; 3) organizational climate and culture on influencing creativity and innovation; 4) prescription for excellence innovative vision and strategies; 5) performance-based incentives and innovative activity; 6) innovative human resource management and 7) communication, public relations and the creation of an alliance network of innovations.
