The Influence of Implementing Vaccination Policy Under the COVID-19 Pandemic affecting the Efficiency Performance of Public Health Volunteers in Songkhla Municipality

Abstract

         The objectives of this quantitative research were 1) To study the level of implementation of the vaccination policy of public health volunteers in Songkhla Municipality under the covid-19 outbreak 2) To study the level of efficiency performance of public health volunteers in Songkhla Municipality under the COVID-19 outbreak 3) To study the influence of the implementation of the vaccination policy under the epidemic of COVID-19 affecting the efficiency performance of public health volunteers in Songkhla municipality. The research population was 234 community health volunteers in Songkhla municipality using a sample of 146 people. The instrument research used was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and simple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) The level of vaccination policy implementation of public health volunteers in Songkhla Municipality under the COVID-19 pandemic found high level ( X ̅= 4.40 , S.D. = 0.206) 2) The level of efficiency performance of public health volunteers in Songkhla Municipality under the COVID-19 pandemic found high level ( X ̅= 4.30 , S.D. = 0.460) 3) The influence of implementing vaccination policy under the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the efficiency of performance of public health volunteers in Songkhla Municipality found that influence of the implementing vaccination policy under the COVID-19 pandemic had an effect on the efficiency of performance of public health volunteers in Songkhla municipality statistically significant at the .05 level.
