The effectiveness of public policy implementation for low income earners through the People's Bank Project Loan a case study of the Government Savings Bank, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the effectiveness of public policy implementation for low-income earners through the People's Bank Project Loan; 2) to compare personal factors and the effectiveness of public policy implementation for low-income earners through People's Bank Project Loan 3) To study the development of public policy implementation for low-income earners through the People's Bank Project Loan. Conducted according to the integrated research methodology. during quantitative research The sample group was 264 customers who could use and apply for credit from Yamane's formula. The tool was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.881. Statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and t-test and F-test and qualitative research. and in-depth interviews with 16 key informants. The tools were interview forms, analyzed by descriptive data.
          The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of effectiveness of public policy implementation for low-income earners through the People's Bank Project Loan found that the overall picture was at a high level. 2) The comparison found that customers with different personal factors had different opinions on the effectiveness of public policy implementation for low-income earners through the People's Bank project loan.
