Guidelines for Public Service Management of KaengSopha Sub-district Administrative Organization, Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: 1) to study people's expectations on public infrastructure services of Kaeng Sopha Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province; 2) to compare people's expectations on public infrastructure services. Classified by personal factors and 3) to study suggestions and guidelines for public service in infrastructure. Conducted according to the quantitative research methodology. Use exploratory research studies. The sample group was 386 people obtained from Yamane's formula. The tool was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.878. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Test The results showed that 1) People's expectations on public infrastructure services found that the overall expectations of the people were at a high level. 2) Comparing people's expectations on public infrastructure services, it was found that people with gender Age, education, occupation, income and length of stay in the area There are different opinions on the expectations of the public. 3) Suggestions and guidelines on the public expectations of public services in infrastructure, it was found that the development of infrastructure must take into account the suitability of joint infrastructure development between the host agencies. in order to eliminate the problem of overlapping territories focus on engineering principles Performance monitoring is required. to inspect and not affect natural resources and the environment and benchmark needs of the people in different fields appropriately.
