Development of E-books for Science Subject about Animals and Types of Animals for Grade 4 Students

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to develop an e-book on science subjects on animals and types of animals for Grade 4 students to meet the specified efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) Comparison of learning achievement in science subjects on animals and types of animals for Grade 4 students learning with IMTEAC Model and e-book with students learning with IMTEAC Model. The research model is quasi-experimental research. The population used in this research was Grade 4 students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2022, Wattaklam School, a total of 5 classrooms, totaling 176 students. The research tools used are: 1) E-book, 2) Learning management Plan, 3) Academic achievement test analyze data using mean, standard deviation, and t-test for independent samples
          The results of the research were as follows:
          1) The e-book of science subjects on animals and types of animals for Grade 4 students had an efficiency of 81.93/81.00, which met the specified criteria of 80/80.
          2) The achievement in the science subject animals and types of animals for Grade 4 students learning with the IMTEAC Model and E-book was statistically significantly higher than those learning with the IMTEAC Model at.05.
