Teaching Methods of Composing Chinese Pop Songs

Abstract

          This paper classifies the melodies of pop songs into several categories, and uses different works to make a theoretical summary of the melodies of different musical styles. The paper analyzes the conventional melodies, electronic melodies, Chinese style melodies and so on. The author also explains about some elements of creating and constructing melodies in the current market and teaching method of composing Chinese pop songs which now mainly uses the application and synthesizer to create the variety of sound from different music instruments.
