Exploration and analysis of the main resource strategies for the promotion and management of ice and snow sculpture personnel

Abstract
This research was objective to find out the demand factors for ice and snow sculpture professionals with knowledge and skill management, and meet the needs of ice and snow cultural creative industry. 2 Snow and ice sculpture workers are the soul of the development of snow and ice sculpture art in Heilongjiang. In the maturing snow and ice tourism art market, it is helpful to promote snow and ice sculpture talents to master the initiative of snow and ice tourism art. It has an important role in promoting the development of ice and snow art and can meet the needs of ice and snow cultural creative industry.
The training and promotion of ice and snow sculpture talents are studied as the driving factors to promote the development of ice and snow culture industry and ice and snow art. At the same time, the status quo and existing problems of ice and snow art education and management in Heilongjiang Province are sorted out, and the direction of its future development is proposed, so as to play a positive role in promoting the reserve and training of ice and snow art talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province, puts forward to strengthen the theoretical research of ice and snow culture, and carry out in-depth development of ice and snow tourism products. The government should pay more attention to the construction of ice and snow culture and consolidate the social and economic status of ice and snow tourism. Create a cultural atmosphere for ice and snow tourism; Give full play to the advantages of regional cultural characteristics and comprehensively improve the international competitiveness of ice and snow tourism, aiming at effectively promoting the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
