Abstract

          The main objective of this study is to strengthen the investigation of the current situation of folk clay sculptures in Hebei and the strategic management of their own development. Identify issues that are not conducive to the inheritance of Hebei clay sculpture culture, propose some suggestions that are helpful for the protection of folk clay sculptures in Hebei based on the development needs of the times and changes in people's aesthetic tastes, and explore suitable ways of thinking and marketing strategy management for the inheritance of clay sculpture studios in Hebei Province. The study adopts a mixed approach, including the SWOT research method, to provide in-depth insights and strategic guidance by comprehensively understanding the advantages, disadvantages, development opportunities, and bottlenecks of clay sculpture culture in different regions. Meanwhile, the research method of case selection is adopted Taking the actual situation of the Yutian clay sculpture and the "Sanchi Zhai" clay sculpture in Hebei Province as a case study, in-depth analysis and comparison are conducted, covering different regional and environmental backgrounds. Finally, the research findings of this article will provide new ideas for the strategic management of Hebei clay sculpture and the inheritance and development of Hebei clay sculpture, while emphasizing the key role of clay sculpture culture in sustainable development, and providing innovative solutions for the development and management of Hebei clay sculpture.
