Innovative Design from Oroqen Ethnic Costume from the Perspective of the Strategic Management in Northeast People’s Republic of China

Abstract

           This Research is aimed to collect and analyze the relevant resources of Oroqen dress in Northeast People's Republic of China, and study the management strategies for the protection, inheritance and development of Oroqen ethnic costume culture in Northeast People's Republic of China. Collect the history, fabric, color, pattern and style of Oroqen ethnic costume in Northeast People's Republic of China and classify the collected resources to facilitate research and management practice. The researcher starts with a systematic review of domestic and foreign literature, literature, concepts, theories and other related research results, and combines mixed methodology in research through the analysis of research results.                                   The research results are explored the idea and practice of Oroqen ethnic costume innovation design strategy management. Specifically, the Oroqen ethnic costume innovation design is integrated with economy, technology, culture and other aspects of strategic management. On the basis of inheriting the ethnic costume culture, it develops the national ethnic innovative costume that meets the modern aesthetic, contributes to the inheritance and development of the ethnic costume culture, and also provides some references for enriching the research on the creative design and strategic management of ethnic costume.
