Abstract

        Developing quality education for 21st-century learning is essential to propel educational mechanisms and guide future education development. Quality and effectiveness indicators for education management at each educational level should align with the goals and principles of 21st-century learning, continuous learning management and quality development, and a thorough understanding of the core of education development to meet the skills required in the present and future. Under a new learning process where learners are central, learning about valuable things for application through various methods is a critical characteristic for developing future education quality.
