Analysis and Research on the Strategic Environment for the Development of Nixing Pottery Culture and Art in Qinzhou Guangxi

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: Analyze the internal and external environment for the development of Nixing pottery culture and art in Qinzhou, Guangxi. Based on relevant policies, regulations, systems and changing environmental factors, the future development prospects of Nixing pottery culture and art in Qinzhou, Guangxi are determined. The paper will use methods such as literature review and field investigation, combined with strategic management theory, and use PEST and WSOT analysis methods to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the strategic environment for the development of Nixing Pottery culture and art from the four aspects of politics, economy, culture, and technology in Qinzhou Guangxi , and summarize good experiences and practices. The research findings revealed that: In response to the main issues, the "Two Innovations" policy is proposed as the guidance, and the overall goal is to create the "City of Nixing Pottery in China" with national cultural characteristics, cultural and artistic charm, social influence, and superior living environment. Further scientific planning and formulation of Nixing Pottery cultural and artistic development goals, development plans, and development strategies are proposed, and the "four major" innovation driven strategies of system, culture, technology, and environment are implemented. In the next 10 years, Qinzhou should be built into the "Chinese Nixing Pottery Capital" with a strong Nixing Pottery cultural atmosphere, clustered industries, advanced technology, developed commerce, a unique and excellent urban environment, and suitable for tourism and living.
