Strategic Management of Environmental and Cultural Heritage Protection in Shandong Province

Abstract
This study discusses the strategic management of Shandong seaweed houses in the eastern coastal areas of Shandong province to understand how traditional seaweed houses and dwellings can cope with the rapid development of urbanization and promote the development of new village society. Specifically, the study focused on how to develop strategic management of the seaweed houses in Shandong Province to improve their sustainable development, and we used in-depth interviews and literature analysis to conduct an extensive survey of the seaweed houses villages in Shandong Province. The strategy development, implementation and evaluation collected important information through interviews with the government and villagers of relevant villages. In addition, the literature analyzes the current situation and trend of cultural heritage and seaweed house development to provide background information for the research. The study has found that the seaweed houses in Shandong have adopted a variety of strategies to deal with their development. These include cooperation with government agencies to protect the loss status of the house and coordination with the relevant company to ensure that the cultural heritage of Shandong House is effectively protected and sustainably managed. In addition, there may be differences in the cultural heritage protection strategies in different regions of Shandong Province. When adopting conservation strategies, differences in local natural environment, social and economic development level and cultural traditions. This study provides empirical insights into the strategic management of the conservation development of seaweed house sustainability in Shandong, emphasizing the importance of conservation, development and innovation. These developments provide valuable guidance for the study of seaweed houses to promote the sustainable protection and development of seaweed houses, while also to provide reference for the protection of cultural heritage in other areas.
