THE ADMINISTRTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOOD GOVERNANCE OF BASIC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were t0: 1) study the administrative condition of educational institution administrators; 2) study the administration according to the good governance of educational institution administrators; 3) purpose guidelines for the administration according to the good governance principles for the educational institution administrators under Loei Elementary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample was 302 school teachers under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The tool was a questionnaire. obtained data were analyzed using a statistical program for research. The statistics used were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The researcher conducted interviews with five key informants. The tool used was an interview form, and then content analysis was used to conclude the qualitative study.
Research results were as follows
1) Overall, the administrative condition of educational institution administrators under Loei Elementary Education Service Area Office 2 was statistically rated at the highest level in all studied aspects. 2) The administration, according to the good governance of educational institution administrators under Loei Elementary Education Service Area Office 2, was at the highest level overall and in each aspect. 3) The guidelines for the administration according to the good governance principles for the educational institution administrators under Loei Elementary Education Service Area Office 2 were that (1) Rule of law: the administrators should promote learning campaigns, cultivate conscience and giving importance to compliance with government regulations; (2) Ethics: administrators should have good human relations, be friendly.
