PROMOTION OF PEOPLE ̉S POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN DEMOCRATIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT WITH THE KING AS HEAD OF STATE IN LOEI PROVINCE

Abstract

               The objectives of this research were 1) to study the general condition, problems and obstacles in promoting political participation of the people in Loei Province; 2) to study the factors affecting the promotion of political participation in the democratic system of the people in Loei Province. 3) To present the promotion of political participation in the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State of the people in Loei Province.

               The results showed that: 1) General conditions, problems and obstacles in promoting political participation of people in Loei Province Citizens and regular government officials, as well as city officials, as well as community leaders There is a clear lack of cooperation in many areas, resulting in the promotion of political participation of the people in general, not as much political awareness as they should be. People in general as well as government officials There is still a lack of confidence in politicians. 2) Factors affecting the promotion of political participation in the democratic regime of people in Loei Province found that the factors affecting the promotion of political participation Overall, it was at a high level. 3) Promotion of political participation in the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State of the people in Loei Province According to the principle of the abyss, which is the matter of political, economic, social, and political culture All people within the community, villages, and societies when meeting should cooperate without any prejudice, attend the meeting and listen to the problems of the country in unison. When the village society is prosperous, has a democratic regime and the basic cultural and customary governance that has been upheld for a long time, it should be preserved and should not be torn or destroyed. Should not add provisions that should not be added to the rules of the community or village because it may violate the customs that have been held for a long time. Respect should be given when there are traditional festivals that have been held for a long time. Continue that activity in order to raise awareness of the children who have respect and gratitude towards the people who are the elders of the village. Women's rights and liberties are equal to that of men.
