Temporary Suspension of Article Submissions

We would like to announce a temporary suspension of new research and academic paper submissions, effective from October 11, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This closure is to manage articles currently under review and to improve the journal's operational efficiency. The journal will resume accepting submissions on April 1, 2027.
