Author Biography

Brett Andrew Farmer

Dr. Brett Farmer holds two BAs with 1st Class Honours in English and French from the University of Queensland, and a PhD in Film and Media Studies from Griffith University.       He is the author of Spectacular Passions : Cinema, Fantasy, Gay Male Spectatorships (Duke University Press, 2000) and numerous refereed articles and book chapters in the areas of cultural, film and media studies.  He currently works in the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University.
