การแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงาน บริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน): กรณีศึกษาหน่วยงานวิหารแดง จังหวัดสระบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพของการแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) เปรียบเทียบการแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัทอิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) จำแนกตาม เพศ และกลุ่มงาน และ (3) ปัญหาการแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัทอิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 464 คน พนักงานบริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หน่วยงานวิหารแดง สระบุรี ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับมา 464 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกันยายน - ตุลาคม 2566 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพของการแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ยกเว้นด้านจิตวิทยาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) จำแนกตาม เพศ และกลุ่มงาน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ปัญหาการแสวงหาสารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานบริษัท อิตาเลียนไทย ดีเวล๊อปเมนต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้น 2 ด้าน ที่อยู่ในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคส่วนบุคคล และแหล่งสารสนเทศบุคคล
