บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างห้องสมุดและหน่วยงานบริการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นในประเทศไทย โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีจากผลการศึกษาเรื่องการสำรวจสภาพและปัญหาของห้องสมุดและหน่วยงานบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อผู้มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นในประเทศไทย การทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการประเมินร่างรูปแบบโดยการประชุมกลุ่มกับผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในห้องสมุดและหน่วยงานบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อผู้มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็น จำนวน 12 คน และการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการบริการสารสนเทศความบกพร่องทางการเห็น จำนวน 2 คน พบว่า รูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างห้องสมุดและหน่วยงานบริการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็นในประเทศไทย มีลักษณะเป็นเครือข่ายผสมผสาน (Composited Network) โดยใช้แนวทางแบบผลักดันจากระดับล่างขึ้นสู่ระดับบน (Bottom-up approach) ผ่านกิจกรรมในเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วย การเริ่มสร้างความร่วมมือในหน่วยงานที่มีพันธกิจหรือความชำนาญเดียวกันช่องทางการสื่อสาร และกิจกรรมความร่วมมือ ได้แก่ การกำหนดคณะทำงานส่วนกลาง การกำหนดนโยบายความร่วมมือ การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล การจัดฝึกอบรมระหว่างหน่วยงาน และการสร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ
