บทคัดย่อ
<p>การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบสมรรถนะของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านการให้การศึกษาผู้ใช้ แหล่งข้อมูลและผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักประกอบด้วย เอกสารและงานวิจัย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสาขามนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์และสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จานวน 20 คน ผู้บริหารห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน บรรณารักษ์ และนักศึกษา จานวน 51 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กรอบสมรรถนะของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านการให้การศึกษาผู้ใช้ ครอบคลุม 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลาดับค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาความร่วมมือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการบริการและกิจกรรมสนับสนุนการให้การศึกษาผู้ใช้ และด้านการสอน/การฝึกอบรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก แต่ละด้านมีรายการสมรรถนะย่อยรวมทั้งหมด 28 รายการ รายการที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 10 รายการ เรียงตามลาดับค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ การมีจิตบริการ การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การแสวงหาความรู้และความใฝ่รู้ การมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณ การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเข้าถึงและการสืบค้นสารสนเทศ การสื่อสารและการนาเสนอ การใช้ภาษาไทย ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น การตัดสินใจ และการคิดวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหา</p>
