บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี 2) เพื่อวัดทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศ ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ที่ใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ 3) เพื่อประเมินผลบทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ศูนย์การศึกษาบึงกาฬ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2550 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการรู้สารสนเทศ จานวน 45 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย บทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศ และแบบประเมินผลบทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ การวิเคราะห์และนาเสนอข้อมูลใช้วิธีการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์และสถิติค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.73/ 81.14 ซึ่งได้ประสิทธิภาพผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กาหนด คือ 80/ 80 2) ทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศหลังเรียนของนักศึกษาที่ใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศเพิ่มขึ้นหลังการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนเท่ากับ 81.14 และสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนด้วยบทเรียนเท่ากับ 48.44 3) การประเมินผลบทเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ในทุกด้านจัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
