บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นต่อ การใช้บริการห้องสมุดในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนพระอินทร์ศึกษา (กล่อมสกุลอุทิศ) โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียน ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพระอินทร์ศึกษา (กล่อมสกุลอุทิศ) จานวน 159 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ดัชนีความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพที่เป็นจริงต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการจำเป็นต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ลำดับแรก คือ ด้านหนังสือดี ลำดับ 2 คือ ด้านบรรณารักษ์ดีและลำดับ 3 คือ ด้านบรรยากาศดี ซึ่งแนวทางการพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา คือ การสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณและการจัดการเพื่อพัฒนา 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านหนังสือดี ด้านบรรณารักษ์ดีและด้านบรรยากาศดีให้เพียงพอ ทันสมัยและตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้มากที่สุด
