ภาพปัจจุบันของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ นาเสนอสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตให้แก่สังคม กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้บริหารห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย และ 2) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้
การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย มีดังนี้ มีนโยบายเกี่ยวกับกับส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สนับสนุนการใช้ทรัพยากรรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้บริการอุปกรณ์และพัฒนาโครงสร้างทางเทคโนโลยี ขยายเวลาทาการ เน้นสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาบุคลากรทางด้านวิชาการ บุคลากรมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ส่งเสริมการให้ความรู้ทางวิชาการ การออกไปบริการชุมชน และผู้รับบริการมีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น
ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ได้แก่ ขาดความคิดเห็นจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย งบประมาณถูกจัดสรรน้อยกว่าการส่งเสริมทางเทคโนโลยี ความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่ายมีประสิทธิภาพบางเครือข่ายเท่านั้น พิจารณาความสมดุลระหว่างผู้รับบริการภายในและภายนอกให้ตรงกับความต้องการ บุคลากรไม่ได้รับพัฒนาความสามารถทางกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ตรงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรเป็นศูนย์กลางและการกระจายความรู้ ส่งเสริมการเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการกิจกรรมในช่วงเวลาว่าง พัฒนาการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสังคมออนไลน์ ยอมรับในความหลากหลายของผู้รับบริการ
