พฤติกรรมการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ใช้บริการในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ใช้บริการในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยไทย ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการเชิงปริมาณในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม กับผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์และนักศึกษา จำนวน 527 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย 4 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ใช้บริการ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เว็บเสิร์ชเอนจิน (Search engine) ซึ่งเป็นเว็บไซต์ให้บริการสืบค้นสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ส่วนห้องสมุดใช้ฐานข้อมูลหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบสหสาขาวิชา ประเภทของหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ตำรา/หนังสือทั่วไป เนื้อหาส่วนใหญ่ใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ภาษาใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาษาอังกฤษ วิธีการสืบค้นมีโดยค้นหาด้วยตนเองทั้งหมด อุปกรณ์ในการเข้าถึงใช้โทรศัพท์แบบสมาร์ทโฟน รูปแบบไฟล์ใช้ไฟล์ pdf ปัญหาการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบการจัดหาที่สอดคล้องกับรายวิชามีน้อยหรือไม่เพียงพอ ในระดับ ปานกลาง ด้านการจัดเก็บและจัดระบบพบปัญหาด้านการจัดหา ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือปัญหาด้านการจัดเก็บและจัดระบบ ในระดับกลาง ด้านการเข้าถึงและค้นคืน ในระดับปานกลาง ความต้องการหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การให้บริการ ในระดับมาก การเข้าถึงและค้นคืน ในระดับมาก การจัดเก็บและจัดระบบ ในระดับมาก และนโยบายและการจัดหา ในระดับมาก
