พฤติกรรมการแสวงหาสารสนเทศเพื่อการทํางานที่ได้รับมอบหมายของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาภาษาจีนในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาสารสนเทศและอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีนในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยใช้ตัวแบบการแก้ปัญหาสารสนเทศบิกซิกส์ของไอเซนเบิร์กและเบอร์โควิทซ์ และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาสารสนเทศของวิลสันและวอลซ์เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 19 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการแสวงหาสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีนเริ่มจากการนิยามภาระงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนโดยค้นหาข้อมูลจากแหล่งสารสนเทศอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อใช้กำหนดขอบเขตของเรื่องที่จะศึกษาให้มีความเหมาะสม มีการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการแสวงหาสารสนเทศจากแหล่งที่เป็นสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ห้องสมุดสาขาวิชาภาษาจีน และแหล่งสารสนเทศอินเทอร์เน็ต เลือกแหล่งที่ดีที่สุดโดยพิจารณาความน่าเชื่อถือและเนื้อหาของสารสนเทศ จากนั้นค้นหาและเข้าถึงสารสนเทศโดยใช้ฐานข้อมูลทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของห้องสมุด (OPAC) กูเกิลและไป่ตู้ ใช้วิธีอ่าน ยืม บันทึก และพิมพ์สารสนเทศที่ค้นได้ โดยพิจารณาสารสนเทศที่ตรงความต้องการจากหน้าสารบัญหนังสือ การอ่านหัวข้อและเนื้อหาคร่าว ๆ แล้วใช้สารสนเทศโดยอ่าน สรุปและบันทึกข้อมูลที่เป็นสาระสำคัญของเรื่อง เลือกสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยบันทึกข้อมูลและแหล่งที่มา หลังจากนั้นจึงสังเคราะห์สารสนเทศโดยอ่าน ทบทวนและปรับแก้เนื้อหา แล้วนำเนื้อหาที่ได้จากการอ่านและสรุปไปใส่ลงในไฟล์เอกสารโดยเรียงลำดับตามประเด็นก่อนหลัง จากนั้นจึงนำเสนอเนื้อหาที่ได้จากการสรุปใจความสำคัญของเอกสารสลับกับข้อมูลและความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา เมื่อทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเสร็จแล้วนักศึกษาประเมินผลงานโดยทบทวนว่าเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ผู้สอนกำหนด ซึ่งนักศึกษาทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน โดยสมาชิกกลุ่มอาจมีความเข้าใจที่ไม่ชัดเจนในหัวข้อที่ศึกษาและมีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมายแตกต่างกัน ส่วนอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาจีน พบว่าเกิดจากอุปสรรค 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ลักษณะเฉพาะของบุคคล และลักษณะเฉพาะของแหล่งสารสนเทศ
