บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่ จับต้องไม่ได้ กรณีความรู้ภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูย ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Document analysis) การดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานทั้ง 5 แห่งที่เป็นพื้นที่วิจัย และการสัมภาษณ์ (Interviwing) ผู้บริหารหรือผู้ที่รับผิดชอบดูแลการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน และผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูยของหน่วยงาน โดยกำหนดหน่วยงานละ 2 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้บริหารหรือผู้ที่รับผิดชอบ 1 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติงาน 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการจัดระบบความรู้ภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการจัดกลุ่ม สรุปความ ตีความ และนำเสนอผลการวิจัย โดยการบรรยายเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative description) ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากระบวนการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูย ประกอบด้วยการรวบรวม การจัดเก็บ และการเข้าถึง ห้องสมุดจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศด้านภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูย และพิพิธภัณฑ์จัดการวัตถุทางวัฒนธรรมของชาวกูย ซึ่งวิธีการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนแตกต่างกันไปตามคุณลักษณะของทรัพยากร ทำให้ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาคชศาสตร์ชาวกูยที่บันทึกไว้ในสื่อปแบบต่างกันได้รับการจัดการแตกต่างกัน เนื่องจากไม่มีระบบการจัดการที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน จึงไม่สามารถเชื่อมโยงความรู้ที่บันทึกไว้ในสื่อรูปแบบต่างกันให้มีความสัมพันธ์กันได้
