บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนบ้านท่านุ่น ตำบลเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่ คณะผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องจากแหล่งสารสนเทศหลากหลาย ประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีพหุปัญญาและทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อการกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักของการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำนวน 8 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครูชำนาญการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสนทนากลุ่ม การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ก่อนและหลังการศึกษาพัฒนาห้องสมุด รวมถึงการดำเนินโครงงานห้องสมุดแปดเหลี่ยมซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมหนึ่งของการลงพื้นที่ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม 2563 ถึง เดือนธันวาคม 2563 การตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่าห้องสมุดโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ประสบปัญหาด้านทรัพยากรห้องสมุด ลักษณะทางกายภาพ การใช้เทคโนโลยีในห้องสมุด กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน และขาดตำแหน่งบรรณารักษ์ประจำ การดำเนินงานโครงงานช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาของห้องสมุดโรงเรียน นำไปสู่การพัฒนาห้องสมุดในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในห้องสมุดที่ดีขึ้น การจัดหาทรัพยากรห้องสมุดที่เหมาะสมกับเด็กปฐมวัย การสร้างเว็บไซต์ห้องสมุดแปดเหลี่ยมออนไลน์ช่วยส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยี สร้างทางเลือกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้แก่นักเรียนที่ทันสมัย เป็นการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้กับโรงเรียนซึ่งช่วยสร้างความสนใจให้กับนักเรียนในการเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดช่วยปลูกฝังนิสัยรักการอ่าน ส่งเสริมการดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแก่ครู
