การพัฒนาตัวแบบการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล 2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศและความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังของผู้ใหญ่ และ 3) พัฒนาตัวแบบการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 6 คน และผู้ใหญ่ ช่วงอายุระหว่าง 20 - 40 ปี จำนวน 600 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลดำเนินการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ในลักษณะการแนะนำ และการสาธิต 2) พฤติกรรมสารสนเทศและความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังของผู้ใหญ่ 2.1) พฤติกรรมสารสนเทศ (1) ความต้องการสารสนเทศ
(1.1) เนื้อหาที่ต้องการมากที่สุด คือ การแนะนำแหล่งสารสนเทศ การป้องกันโรคเรื้อรัง โภชนาการ และการออกกำลังกาย (1.2) รูปแบบสารสนเทศที่ต้องการมากที่สุด คือ คลิปวิดีโอ และอินโฟกราฟิก (1.3) ช่องทางการรับสารสนเทศที่สะดวกมากที่สุด คือ ช่องทางออนไลน์ (2) การค้นหาสารสนเทศ ส่วนใหญ่ไม่เคยค้นหาสารสนเทศ แต่เป็นการได้รับสารสนเทศจากสื่อสังคม (เฟซบุ๊ก / ไลน์) มากที่สุด และ (3) การใช้สารสนเทศ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้สารสนเทศที่ได้รับเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และคนใกล้ชิด และ 2.2) ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพโดยภาพรวมคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์กับความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และ 3) ตัวแบบการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขตำบลที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการเรียนรู้ของผู้ใหญ่อาศัยองค์ประกอบพื้นฐาน 3 ประการ ได้แก่
3.1) โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ครอบคลุม ปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่เอื้อต่อการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ประกอบด้วย นโยบายการบริการ โครงการหรือกิจกรรมบริการสารสนเทศ ผู้ให้บริการ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ช่องทางการบริการ เครือข่าย และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก
3.2) สารสนเทศ ครอบคลุมข่าวสาร และความรู้เพื่อป้องกันโรคเรื้อรังที่มีการบันทึกไว้ในรูปแบบที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการ และ 3.3) ผู้ใช้ ครอบคลุมผู้ใหญ่ที่มารับและไม่มารับบริการสารสนเทศ ณ หน่วยงาน โดยผู้ใช้ทั้งสองกลุ่มจำเป็นต้องได้รับการบริการสารสนเทศเพื่อยกระดับทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพ
