บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและจัดการคอลเล็กชันทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัลตามรูปแบบ ADDIE Model โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่าย หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัล โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน 8 คน และใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในการเก็บแบบสอบถามกับผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุด โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental sampling) จำนวน 400 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้วิจัยมีการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและจัดการคอลเล็กชันทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัล โดยมีกระบวนการตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ การออกแบบ การพัฒนา การนำไปใช้ และการประเมินผล ทำให้ห้องสมุดมีการจัดการและรองรับทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัลได้อย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลคอลเล็กชันทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.95, S.D. = 0.07) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.32)
