บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัจจัยและอุปสรรคในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในงานบริการห้องสมุดโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยในสังกัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดโรงเรียน 9 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอัตราส่วนบรรณารักษ์ต่อนักเรียนอยู่ที่ 1:726 ซึ่งสูงกว่ามาตรฐาน 1:500 สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงภาระงานที่สูงของบรรณารักษ์ โดยเฉพาะในโรงเรียนที่มีอัตราส่วนสูงกว่า 1:1,000 การศึกษายังพบความไม่เท่าเทียมกันใน การจัดสรรอัตรากำลังบุคลากร แม้จะมีจำนวนนักเรียนใกล้เคียงกัน ข้อค้นพบที่น่าสนใจคือ นักเรียนในทุกโรงเรียนยังคงมีแนวโน้มยืมหนังสือรูปเล่มมากกว่าหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนเผชิญความท้าทายหลายประการ ได้แก่ ข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณ การขาดความต่อเนื่องในนโยบาย การขาดความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร ความไม่มั่นคงของระบบและผู้ให้บริการ และการขาดการเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของห้องสมุด การพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนจำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนเพื่อให้ห้องสมุดสามารถขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21
