บทคัดย่อ
การวิเคราะห์บรรณมิติ (Bibliometric Analysis) เป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการศึกษาพัฒนาการและศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งในระดับประเทศและนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะในยุคที่การจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยโลกและความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) เป็นตัวชี้วัดความก้าวหน้าเชิงวิชาการ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบผลงานตีพิมพ์ในวารสารที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูล Scopus ควอร์ไทล์ 1 ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทยที่อยู่ในกลุ่มการพัฒนาการวิจัยระดับแนวหน้าของโลก (Global and Frontier Research) ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2562-2566 และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบผลงานตีพิมพ์ระดับนานาชาติของสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์กับเกณฑ์การประเมินของสถาบัน Times Higher Education (THE) ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สถาบันอุดมศึกษากลุ่มดังกล่าว 17 แห่ง รวม 49,229 บทความ ใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และการเรียงลำดับข้อมูลจากมากไปหาน้อย ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นความแตกต่างด้านจำนวนและคุณภาพผลงานระหว่างสถาบัน ตลอดจนสะท้อนทิศทางการพัฒนางานวิจัยของประเทศ
