การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยง: กรณีศึกษา คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยง กรณีศึกษาคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และทำการประเมินความพึงพอของผู้ใช้ต่อการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยง จากผู้บริหาร บุคลากรและผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยง ทั้งสิ้นจำนวนทั้งหมด 30 คน ผลการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาระบบได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบในรูปแบบเว็บเพจที่รองรับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลความเสี่ยงอย่างเป็นระบบ ประกอบด้วย 3 หน้าหลัก ได้แก่ (1) หน้าแดชบอร์ดการบริหารความเสี่ยง สำหรับแสดงภาพรวมของสถานะความเสี่ยงขององค์กร (2) หน้าแผนการบริหารความเสี่ยง สำหรับแสดงและติดตามความคืบหน้าของแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อลดหรือควบคุมความเสี่ยง และ (3) หน้าเหตุการณ์ความเสี่ยง ทำหน้าที่สำหรับบันทึก แก้ไข และจัดการเหตุการณ์ความเสี่ยง ด้านการศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยงผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพและการใช้งานของระบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.54, S.D.=0.52) ผู้ใช้มีพึงความพอใจในภาพรวมต่อคุณภาพสารสนเทศและเนื้อหาของระบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.46, S.D.=0.64) ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมต่อการนำไปใช้งาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
=4.60, S.D.=0.58) และ ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจภาพรวมด้านความพึงพอใจโดยรวมและด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
=4.51, S.D.=0.57) ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานจริง สามารถสนับสนุนการบริหารความเสี่ยงของหน่วยงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งในมิติของการแสดงผลข้อมูล การจัดการความเสี่ยงเชิงระบบ และการสร้างประสบการณ์การใช้งานที่น่าเชื่อถือและเป็นมิตรต่อผู้ใช้
