การพัฒนาความสามารถการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการปฏิบัติงาน ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดปัตตานี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับสมรรถนะและความพร้อม (2) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อจำกัด (3) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะ ความพร้อม และปัญหาอุปสรรค และ (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการปฏิบัติงานของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านจังหวัดปัตตานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 365 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 10 คน ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม - เมษายน 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าสถิติ และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการจำแนก จัดกลุ่ม และวิเคราะห์ประเด็นเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อสม. มีสมรรถนะและความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีจุดแข็งด้านจริยธรรมและการประสานงานออนไลน์ แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและการรู้เท่าทันข่าวลวง สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยพบว่ารายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่ส่งผลให้ระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเหลื่อมล้ำในการเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์และค่าใช้จ่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต อีกทั้งยังพบอุปสรรคด้านภาษาและศัพท์เทคนิคในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่ถนัดภาษามลายูถิ่น ทั้งนี้ แนวทางการพัฒนาควรประกอบด้วย 4 มิติสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) การเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการผลิตสื่อและสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันดิจิทัล 2) การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านระบบพี่เลี้ยงดิจิทัลต้นแบบ 3) การพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้และแอปพลิเคชันแบบสองภาษา (ไทย-มลายูถิ่น) เพื่อลดช่องว่างทางภาษา และ 4) การกำหนดนโยบายสนับสนุนทรัพยากรพื้นฐานเพื่อลดภาระทางเศรษฐกิจและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน
