การพัฒนารูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชน ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการรู้ดิจิทัลของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (2) สร้างรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ (3) รับรองรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช การวิจัยดำเนินการตามแนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่หนึ่ง การศึกษาสภาพการรู้ดิจิทัล มีประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริหาร 21 คน และบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชน 27 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 48 คน ระยะที่สอง การสร้างรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัล มีประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริหารและบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการรู้ดิจิทัล รวมทั้งสิ้น 51 คน และระยะที่สาม การรับรองรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัล มีประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการรู้ดิจิทัลและด้านห้องสมุดประชาชน 6 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาด้วยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์รายข้อ มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 - 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.82 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาการรู้ดิจิทัลของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.31) และบรรณารักษ์มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการรู้ดิจิทัลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน (
= 3.68) (2) ผู้บริหารและบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชน รวมถึงผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการรู้ดิจิทัล ประเมินความเหมาะสมของร่างรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.51) และ (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยมีความคิดเห็นต่อทุกองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
