Abstract

This paper aims at presenting supply chain performance measurement in the manufacturing industry. It focuses on performance measurement of the supplier, manufacturer, distributors and customer. This paper reviews relevant research and literature on supply chain performance measurement, especially in the manufacturing industry. The performance measurement of the supplier, manufacturer, distributors and customer, presented in this paper, suggests unambiguous metrics aligning throughout the supply chain. The manufacturing business can add metrics according to the purposes of business by using proposed tools and models to improve decision in the management of supply chain in the manufacturing industry.
