Logistics and Thailand 4.0 Industrial Development

Abstract

This article describes the applying logistics management concept to Thailand 4.0 Industries by laying the logistics in the Industry 4.0 era has been highlighted that the entrepreneurs have to adjust their business pattern, should develop their business concept and apply digital technologies in business cleverly. Logistics and Thailand Industries have to be operated by determining objective, planning organizational structure adjustment scheme, improving their operation process to ensure the connection and follow-up examination continuously. The entrepreneurs should create access channel and study customers’ requirements by using digital technologies and innovations; developing the digital technologies data systematically and personnel to ensure the operation skills improvement. Moreover, they should emphasize the research and development to create innovation. According to the study, the production and business operation pattern in the Industry 4.0 era should underline the importance of the intelligent factory to ensure considerable production agility. The digital system ensures faster production. Products should be developed by using the digital production integrated with physical production. The digital system should enhance the products quality and production performance and help customers to design products and encourage a change of business operation pattern. If the abovementioned elements are achieved in this era, Thailand could develop the logistics to meet the change requirement evidently.
