Operations Management Charcoal Briquette for Community Enterprise Development of Coconut processing in Ban Thon Aman, Narathiwas Province

Abstract
This study is a qualitative research. According to the problems in its implementation is handling the production, there have been popular with customers, but the enterprise cannot produce quickly on customers’ demand, by the demand for products annually about 120,000 tons per year, the capacity can be produced only 60,000 tons per year. The objectives of this study were (1) to study and analyze the causes of problems production charcoal briquette have not respond to their demand. (2) To study the issue and guideline the development of the production. Which is found (2.1) causes of production problems behind the demand. Due to the process at the stage of mixing with a delay, because of the machinery used in the mixture is active for so long. (2.2) The solutions to productivity by check the equipment before and after use regularly. Over more, the machinery will used based on capacity and maintenance. So, the development in machinery design that collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering to educate on repairs and maintenance. Finally, the development of machinery design is an integration processes between the grinding and mixing can be done in the same process.
