อิทธิพลของจิตลักษณะและสถานการณ์ในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (The Effects of Psychological Characteristics and Working Situations on Effective Teaching Behavior of Engineering Lecturers)

Abstract

The main purpose of the research was to develop the model, as suggested by interactionism model interms of a relationship among variables on effective teaching behavior of engineering lecturers. The sample consisted of 500 engineering lecturers. Questionnaires were used as means of data collection. The LISREL version 8.72 and PRELIS2 and SIMPLIS program were used to analyze the data. The analysis of the data were showed that the relationships among variables on effective teaching behavior of engineering lecturers was statistically significant at 0.05. The model’ s overall fit was accepted; Chi-square statistic (χ2) = 133.01, df = 160, p -value = .94; RMSEA = .00; SRMR = .026; GFI = .98; AGFI = .96 and CN = 751.75. In addition, The testing of interaction effects between personal psychological characteristics and working situations indicated that there was a relationship of the interaction effect between creative personality and percieved control on effective teaching behavior of engineering lecturers.

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของพฤติกรรมการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ตามรูปแบบปฏิสัมพันธ์นิยม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ อาจารย์สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 500 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ โปรแกรม LISREL Version 8.72 และโปรแกรม PRELIS2 และ SIMPLIS ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลชี้ให้เห็นว่าแบบจำลองที่พัฒนาขึ้นสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยเส้นอิทธิพลมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกตัวแปร รวมทั้งค่าการทดสอบความสอดคล้องอยู่ในเกณฑ์ยอมรับได้ทุกค่า โดยแบบจำลองสุดท้ายมีค่าสถิติดังนี้     ค่าไค-สแควร์ (χ2) มีค่า = 133.01, df = 160, p-value = .94; ค่า RMSEA = .00; ค่า SRMR = .026; ค่า GFI = .98 ; ค่า AGFI = .96 และค่า CN = 751.85 และจากการศึกษาอิทธิพลร่วมระหว่างตัวแปรในกลุ่มจิตลักษณะเดิมและสถานการณ์ในการทำงานยังพบว่ามีอิทธิพลร่วมระหว่างตัวแปรบุคลิกภาพสร้างสรรค์กับการรับรู้ถึงการควบคุมในการทำงานต่อพฤติกรรมการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
