การพัฒนารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ : การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (The Causal Model Development of the Factors Affecting the Success in Health Related Communities Network Management : A Mixed Method Approach)

Abstract

The general purpose of this research was to develop the causal model of the factors influencing the success in health related communities network management. There were 3 specific purposes of studies: 1) To  identify the factors influencing the success in health related communities network management by mean of collecting data from 4 case studies of health related communities network through the multi site-case design together with relevant literatures and theories, followed by formulating of the tentative hypothetical causal model of the factors influencing the success in health related communities network management, 2) To construct and develop the hypothetical causal model of the factors influencing the success in management of health related communities network by inquiring into the in-dept information from the same case studies performed in phase 1 in order to verified the model theoretically, then construct the hypothetical causal model of the factors influencing the success in management of health related communities network followed by verification and modification of the formulated hypothetical causal model from the interview of experts’ opinions. 3) To verify the conformity between developed hypothetical causal model and the empirical data. The data from Leadership, Community Involvement, Foundation Factors for Community Network Management, Coordination in Community Network, Communication in Community Network, Network Relationship and Success in health related communities network management factor were collected. .An 1,600 communities ,798 urban communities and 802 rural communities, that collected through the multi-stage random sampling technique. Basic Statistics, correlation and path analysis were employed for data analysis.

The results indicated that the causal model of the factors influencing the success in health related communities network management conforms to empirical data collected from the health related management communities in the urban area, rural area, as well as the overall. All the factors in the model could be employed to explain the variation of the success in health related communities network management in the value of about 69%, 67%, and 71% respectively.

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ และมีจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะเพื่อ 1)ศึกษาปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ ด้วยการเก็บข้อมูลจากเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ โดยใช้แบบแผนการศึกษาพหุกรณี- สถานที่ จำนวน 4 ชุมชน ประกอบกับการศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วกำหนดร่างรูปแบบเชิงสมมติฐาน ของความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ 2)สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบเชิงสมมติฐานของความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพด้วยการศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงลึก จากสนามวิจัยเดิม เพื่อตรวจสอบเชิงทฤษฏี แล้วสร้างรูปแบบเชิงสมมติฐานขั้นต้นของความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ จากนั้นจึงดำเนินการตรวจสอบและปรับรูปแบบ ฯ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ และ 3) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างรูปแบบเชิงสมมติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตามตัวแปรแฝงต่างๆ ในรูปแบบจำนวน 7 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย 1) ภาวะผู้นำ 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 3)ปัจจัยพื้นฐานในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชน 4) การประสานงานของเครือข่ายชุมชน 5) การสื่อสารของเครือข่ายชุมชน 6) สัมพันธภาพในเครือข่าย และ 7) ความสำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ จากเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพทั้งหมด 1,600 เครือข่าย โดยแบ่งเป็นเครือข่ายในเขตเมือง 798 เครือข่าย และในเขตชนบท 802 เครือข่าย ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง

ผลการวิจัย พบว่ารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความu3626 .ำเร็จในการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ของเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพ โดยพบว่าปัจจัยในรูปแบบ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนในความสำเร็จของการจัดการเครือข่ายชุมชนด้านสุขภาพทั้งในส่วนที่อยู่ในเขตเมือง เขตชนบท และในภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 69, 67 และ 71 ตามลำดับ
