ตัวแบบประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวพระราชบัญญัติอาชีวศึกษา พ.ศ. 2551(An Effectiveness Model of Academic Administration for Vocational Institutes According to Vocational Act 2008)

Abstract

The objective of this research were to: 1) study and develop structural relationship model of factors effecting Academic Administration for Vocational Institutes (According to Vocational Act 2008); 2) the validity of the linear structural relationship structural model of the effectiveness of Academic Administration for Vocational Institutes (based on the Vocational Act 2008). The research had 2 phases: - phase 1 Studying Academic Administration variables by Documentary Analysis and In-depth Interview directors of Ministry of education and directors of vocational institutes by Purposive Selection of 8 directors in 2010. The qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis. Phase 2 was a survey Research. The sample purposive Selection for    the dominant quantitative study consisted of 415 Vocational colleges in 2011. The measuring instrument used for this research is a five point Likert scale Questionnaires. The quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistic analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and LISREL analysis. The structural model was tested by Peason’s product moment correlation coefficient. The variables consisted of 19 observed variables. The exogenous variables in this research consisted of 2 factors; Instructional leadership and Organization Competencies .The endogenous variables consisted of 3 factors; Instructure Management Co-Operative Communications Organization

It major findings were as follows: (1) The Measurement in Structural Model have standardized factor loadings which were good predictors of the total effectiveness (R²) that is insignificant different average of all factors at .01. (2) The effect of Factor in Structural Model.

The direct effects exogenous variables in this research:-Instructional leadership and Organization Competencies and direct effects to In structure Management by Instructional leadership and In structure Management insignificant different average, and indirect effects passed Communications Organization insignificant different average of all factors at.01, direct effects between Organization Competencies and In structure Management insignificant different average, and indirect effects passed for Co-Operative  insignificant different average of all factors at.01.

(3) All models were analyzed for direct effects, indirect effects, and total effect of each factor, as fit to the empirical data. The goodness of fit statistics results showed An Effectiveness Model of Academic Administration for Vocational Institutes (According to Vocational Act 2008): - Direct Effect has 2 factors:- Instructional leadership and Communications Organization Indirect Effect has 3 factors:- Instructional leadership and Communications Organization Communications Organization Total Effect has 4 factors: - Instructional leadership Communications Organization  Communications Organization Co-Operative

บทคัดย่อ 

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและพัฒนาตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัย         2) ตรวจสอบความตรงของตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา ตามแนวพระราชบัญญัติการอาชีวศึกษา พ.ศ. 2551 ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารงานวิชาการจากเอกสารผลงานวิจัยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหารผู้บริหารระดับกระทรวงโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงจำนวน 8 คน ผลนำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจัดกลุ่มตัวแปร ระยะที่ 2 การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 415 แห่งใช้แบบสอบถามมาตรวัด 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นความสอดคล้องของปัจจัยที่ส่ง ผลซึ่งกันและกันทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมโดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันระหว่างตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 19 ตัวซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบของตัวแปรแฝงภายนอก 2 ตัว ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการและสมรรถนะองค์กร ตัวแปรแฝงภายใน      มี 3 ตัว ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ความร่วมมือสนับสนุนของผู้ปฎิบัติ กระบวนการในการสื่อสาร วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันแยกวิเคราะห์ตามลักษณะของตัวแปรแฝงภายนอกและภายใน สรุปผล 1) รูปแบบการวัดโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานมีค่าเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์      (R²) แตกต่างจากศูนย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 แสดงว่าตัวแปรสังเกตได้ทุกตัวมีอิทธิพลการวัดสอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนขององค์ประกอบได้ 2) เส้นทางอิทธิพลขององค์ประกอบรูปแบบโครงสร้างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ สมรรถนะองค์กรเป็นตัวแปรแฝงภายนอกมีอิทธิพลตรงต่อกันภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการอ้อมผ่านกระบวนการในการสื่อสาร สมรรถนะองค์กรมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการอ้อมผ่านความร่วมมือสนับสนุนของผู้ปฎิบัติ 3) อิทธิพลค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลมาตรฐานระหว่างตัวแปรปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรง ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการและสมรรถนะองค์กรมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวก ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อม ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ สมรรถนะองค์กรและกระบวนการในการสื่อสารมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวก ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลรวม ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ สมรรถนะองค์กร กระบวนการในการสื่อสาร ความร่วมมือสนับสนุนของผู้ปฎิบัติ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวก
