The results showed that psychosocial factors were able to predict the role of teachers in promoting non-violent behavior by 79.1%. Social support had a significant effect on the role of teachers in promoting non-violent behavior among students. The variables related to teacher's role in promoting non-violent behavior among students were teacher spirit (b = .39), empathy (b = .29), social support (b = .22) and empathy attitude towards teachers’ role in behavior promotion non-violent behavior (b = .10). These variables are significant for the development of teachers' role in promoting non-violent behavior among students.
