Healthy Lifestyle for Cancer Prevention
Abstract
Currently, cancer remains a major health problem and a leading cause of death of Thai people. However, many types of cancer cause by behaviors of individuals that can be prevented, such as smoking, lack of exercise, and inappropriate consuming. Therefore, this article has been prepared for the purpose of refreshing the understanding for nurses and public health personnel about modifying lifestyle to prevent cancer. The article is divided into two parts: the causes of cancer that can be prevented and personal health behaviors to prevent cancer.
