Comparison of Learning Achievements in Thai Subjects on Pictures and Sounds in Thai Language of Mathayomsuksa 4 Students at Kophotuayingamwittaya School which is Taught by Collaborative Learning Stad Technique with Normal Teaching

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to compare learning achievement in Thai subjects. Tonal Forms and Sounds in Thai taught by Collaborative Learning STAD Technique and Normal Teaching. The sample group used in this research is 2 classes of Mathayomsuksa 4 students , namely Mathayomsuksa 4/2 and Mathayomsuksa 4/4 , totaling 75 people , who s tudy Thai language in semester 2 academic year 2022 , Kophotuayngamwittaya School The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong, which was obtained by simple random sampling and drawing lots to assign one room to an experimental group taught using by Collaborative Learning STAD Technique and another room to be a control group by Normal Teaching. The research tools were 1) a learning management plan for Tonal Forms and Sounds in Thai and 2) A pre- learning and post -learning achievement test. data analysis Statistics were used to analyze the mean (gif.latex?\bar{x}), standard deviation (S.D.).


The results showed that Students who were taught using the Collaborative Learning STAD Technique and students who were taught in the Normal Teaching had higher achievement in Thai language. Tonal Forms and Sounds in Thai are significantly different at the 0.05 level , which is in line with the hypotheses. Students who are taught using the Collaborative Learning STAD Technique also have opinions on teaching. The average Collaborative Learning STAD Technique is very suitable.
