Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Schools Effectiveness under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) to study the strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Education Service Area Office. The sample used in this research consisted of 346school administrators and teachers under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Academic Year 2022. The Tools used in the research were metrical questionnaires which used to analyze the data including percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The salient points found that : 1) The effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it was at a very high level. 2) Overall, the strategic leadership of the administrators of the educational institutes under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. 3) Strategic leadership of educational institution administrators in the direction of organizational direction, strategy formulation had a statistically significant at the .01 level effect on the effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The multiple correlation coefficient between these components and the effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office was .792. These components could explain 62.7 percent of the variance in effectiveness of schools under the Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
