The explore of demand to study master of science Program in Evaluation Methodology

The purposes of this research were; 1) To Study the needs to further study in the Master of Science Program in Evaluation Methodology of private and government employees and (2) To Study the needs to further study in the Master of Science Program in Evaluation Methodology of students studying in the final year. This study applied research methodology by collected data using questionnaires with a sample of 842 people consisting of 413 employees and 429 final year students. The data used for analysis in this study contain mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage values. And the research resulted can be summarized as followed;
Employees and students studying in the final year required to further study the Master of Science Program in Evaluation Methodology as followed; Study Plan 2: Graduation will be within 2 years, where in the first educational year in the beginning semester, learnt 4 subjects to increase knowledge, experience, and understanding. In the ending semesters, learnt 5 subjects to increase knowledge, experience, and understanding, and for outlining the dissertation proposal. In year 2, in the beginning semester, learnt 1 subject with attending the examination for the thesis outlining. In the final semester, collected data and completed the thesis. This plan obtained the most average score (employees mean were 3.82 and students mean were 3.75).
The factor affecting employees and students decision making of staff with the highest score were instructors had teaching skills in and had joyful teaching techniques (employees mean were 4.16 and students mean were 4.25). Followed by the factor that employees related to the chance in studying and practicing research with a national famous professor the lecturer (mean 3.90) and the chance in learning and internship abroad with famous companies (mean 3.75). The factor that students related to the chance in studying and practicing research abroad (mean 4.07) and having a network of the seniors after graduation (Career advancement) (mean 4.06).
