The purposes of this research were to evaluate the context, input, process, product and satisfaction of the English program (developed the Ministry of Education) of Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratumnak Suankularn Matthayom) under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 by using CIPP Evaluation Model of Daniel Stufflebeam. The population of the study was comprised of 2,655 participants including the committee of the basic educational school, teachers and students of Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratumnak Suankularn Matthayom). The sample for this study included 346 of the population selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments applied in this study were the five questionnaires with five rating scales in term of the context, input, process, product and satisfaction of the English program. The data were analyzed with Frequency, Percentage, Means, and Standard Deviation (S.D.) The findings of the study were as follows:
1) The Context Evaluation of the project were at the most appropriate level ( = 4.71, S.D. = 0.44). 2) The Input Evaluation of the project were at the most appropriate level ( = 4.51, S.D. = 0.54). 3) The Process Evaluation of the project were at the very appropriate level ( = 4.45, S.D. = 0.61). 4) The Product Evaluation of the project were at the very appropriate level ( = 4.33, S.D. = 0.52). 5) The satisfaction of the committee of the basic educational school, teachers and students toward the English Program were at the high level ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.54).
