Developing a school management model to raise the quality of students by enhancing the school as a learning community (SLC)

The research aims 1) to study the school management framework to raise the quality of students by enhancing the school as a learning community (SLC), 2) to study current and desirable conditions of school administration to raise the quality of students by enhancing the school as a learning community (SLC), and 3) Developing a school management model to raise the quality of students by enhancing the school as a learning community (SLC). With the Mixed Methods Research methodology, the research was divided into 3 phases. The sample group used in the research was a secondary school in JATURAWIT Area, Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office Area 2. The informants were administrators, teachers, student teachers, students and students' parents, totaling 458 people. The data were analyzed by standard deviation, frequency, percentage, mean, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModifie) and content analysis. The research revealed findings;
1) The school management framework to raise the quality of students by enhancing the school as a learning community (SLC), which is divided into 2 frameworks: (1) Building a School as a Learning Community (SLC). It consists of vision, philosophy and activity system, which has 3 parts: cooperative learning in the classroom. co-worker building and the Professional Learning Community (PLC). (2) School management to raise the quality of students by building a school as a learning community (SLC) consists of PDCA Quality Management Cycle (Deming Cycle) and Educational Resource Management (4Ms).
2) The results of the analysis of the necessary needs revealed that the Activity system had the most necessary values (PNIModifie = 0.82).
3) The results of the school administration model development consisted of 8 components, which were assessed as usefulness, feasibility, suitability, and correctness have a mean () of 4.40 or higher.
