Students' opinions on promoting democracy in rangsit university

Abstract

The objectives of the study were 1.) To study students' opinions on promoting democracy in Rangsit University. 2.) To compare students' opinions on promoting democracy in Rangsit University classified by personal factors. 3.) To study the relationship between Basic values of democracy and students' opinions on promoting democracy in Rangsit University. The samples used in the study were 3 faculties in Rangsit University which are the Institute of Political Science Faculty of Law and College of Social Innovation, amount 297 people. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and were processed by a computer package. The statistics used in this research were Percentage, Mean, Standard Derivation, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The statistical significance for this analysis was 0.05.
The result of the research shows that the students of the 3 faculties of Rangsit University had the result of research shows that the students of the 3 faculties of Rangsit University had high level of opinions regarding the promotion of democracy in Rangsit University. Significantly at the level of 0.05 From the hypothesis testing, it was found that different gender variables have different opinions on promoting democracy in Rangsit University. But the variable in Monthly Income Differences in faculty and grade year with differences in opinions on democracy promotion in Rangsit University. And found that the basic values of democracy are related to the opinions of students on the promotion of democracy in Rangsit University.
