Social Engineers Instruction Program to invent The Area-based Development Innovation in Khao Kho District

Abstract

This research is in the form of research and development. The research objectives are as follows: 1) To develop and increase the potential of students. Phetchabun Rajabhat University 2) To promote and develop social engineers Phetchabun Rajabhat University 3) to support the use of community information and tools according to the social engineer framework and 4) to develop innovations. by using 5 tools according to the social engineer competency development process and empowering social engineers of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. As for the population, it was divided into 2 groups: the first group were social engineers from 150 students from Phetchabun Rajabhat University and the second group were social engineers from Phetchabun Rajabhat University. network of cooperation with agencies There were 150 participants in the project. The tools used for data collection consisted of interview form, group discussion. achievement test Data analysis from content analysis, mean, standard deviation, and two groups of t-test were independent of each other and the proportional test.

The results of the study found that 1) Development and enhancement of students' potential Phetchabun Rajabhat University found that social engineers of Phetchabun Rajabhat University trained According to the social engineer principle, after school was significantly higher than before school at the 0.05 level. 2) Create new innovations to help communities by building check dams for communities It has been integrated with both government and private sectors. 3) Social Engineers Incubation Project to develop innovations to increase spatial development potential in Khao Kho District The overall average satisfaction was at the highest level. and 4) Social Engineer Performance Assessment Results Phetchabun Rajabhat University According to the characteristics of being a social engineer in 4 aspects, the assessment result level is very good.
