The objectives of this research were 1) to study the conditions and levels of factors affecting quality assurance work within educational institutions. 2) to analyze factors affecting quality assurance work within educational institutions. under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area. The sample group consisted 384 teachers and administrators of educational institutions under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area. Personnel with 5 rating scale were used for data collection. The reliability of the questionnaire were from 0.94. The statistics used to data analyze are the mean. Standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: Quality Assurance Operational Conditions in Educational Institutions under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area. Overall was at high level ( =4.21, SD = 0.29). Factors affecting quality assurance work within educational institutions. under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area. Overall was at high level
( =4.28, SD =0.24). The variables factors affecting quality assurance work within educational institutions. under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area. It consists of executive leadership (X1), communication (X3), organizational structure (X5), educational resources (X2), respectively. The forecasting equation in the form of raw scores (raw score equation) is Y’ = 0.888 + 0.275X1 + 0.261X3 + 0.159X5 + 0.095X2 The forecasting equation in the form of standard scores (standardized equation) is Z’y = 0.547Z1 + 0.456Z3 + 0.204Z5 + 0.121Z2
