EFFECTIVENESS DEVELOPMENT ON ELDERLY HOLISTIC HEALTH MANAGEMENT OF SUB-DISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTING HOSPITALS IN PHETCHABUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article has the objective To study the effectiveness of holistic health management of the elderly, factors affecting the effectiveness of the holistic health management of the elderly and presenting the development of the effectiveness of holistic health management for the elderly at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Phetchabun Province by integrating Buddhist principles. Integrated research model The quantitative research uses questionnaires. Data were collected from a sample group of 387 elderly people in Phetchabun Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. Qualitative research Data were collected through in-depth interviews. There were 18 key informants or people using the purposive random sampling method. and focus group discussions with 9 figures or people. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods.

          The results showed that

1. Effectiveness of the holistic health management of the elderly at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Phetchabun Province. Overall, it is at a high level.
2. Factors that affect the effectiveness of the management of the holistic health of the elderly at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Phetchabun Province. It was found that the administrative factors affected the effectiveness of the management of the holistic health of the elderly at 50.40%. Phawana 4 affects the effectiveness of managing the overall health of the elderly at 57.80 percent and administrative factors and 4 prayer principles together affect the effectiveness of the management of the overall health of the elderly at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Phetchabun Province at 65.50%.
3. Develop the effectiveness of the management of the overall health of the elderly at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Phetchabun Province. By integrating Buddhist principles, it was found that the effectiveness of managing the overall health of the elderly was There are basic factors, namely administrative factors. Bring it to integrate the principles of Buddhism, namely the 4 principles of meditation, consisting of 1. Body meditation, 2. Sila meditation, 3. Mental meditation, 4. Wisdom meditation.
